A Snapshot of Your Day 

As a bid manager for OMNIVISE T3000 process control systems, you will work on worldwide for conventional power generation facilities, Offshore Wind projects, Power to X and Hybrid controller.

That also includes the Support in customer clarification meetings and work together with sales and execution department, to develop customer-specific I&C solutions, as well as working creatively with our product management and developers to conceptualize and estimate efforts on customer-specific adaptions or bridge-the-gap-solutions.

In addition, ensuring a smooth project launch through early collaboration with the responsible project manager is of great importance.


How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Support of the sales team with technical clarifications and answers during the offer phase as well as planning, preparation and creation of technical offers, according to the specifications of the customer, the sales staff or according to the results of the plant recordings
  • Lead the bid preparation with a temporarily assigned team of experts e.g. from execution, engineering, project management, procurement, commissioning etc.
  • Investigation and recording of power plant assets with subsequent technical description of tasks for different technical departments and applications
  • Deep communication with internal and external suppliers, including details clarification for the offers to be prepared
  • Developing of a lean project execution concept in cooperation with project management
  • Efficient cost calculation
  • Conducting customer meetings and presentations of solution concepts and the prepared offers
  • Development of solution concepts for the energy transition
What You Bring
  • Successfully completed degree (Dipl.-Ing. / Master) in electrical, mechanical or process engineering; ideally with long term employment as: energy system engineer or comparable, with practical professional experience
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of general electrical engineering, power engineering, plant constructions, generator auxiliary (lubrication / cooling systems and general mechanics) engineering
  • Pronounced affinity for special electrical and mechanical construction engineering, development of special topics and pilot projects
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Willingness to travel internationally
About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and 

decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, 

steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, 

modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
