How You'll Make an Impact

You will play a crucial role in managing and being responsible for various accounting topics in strict accordance with corporate and local requirements. Your responsibilities will include managing accounts payable transactions with exceptional accuracy to ensure our financial commitments are met. You will perform revaluation tasks to assess and record changes in the value of assets and liabilities, and accurately record and reconcile intercompany transactions to ensure seamless financial integration across different branches of the organization. Additionally, you will calculate and record provisions and accruals to ensure all financial obligations are accounted for in a timely manner.

You will provide support to the business in your assigned areas of responsibility, conduct monthly and quarterly closing activities, and build and provide reports on demand. Your role will also involve participating in and supporting audits, substituting for accounting colleagues as needed, and handling statutory reporting. To broaden your expertise, you will engage in the rotation of responsibilities within the team.

What You Bring

To excel in this role, you should be diligent, meticulous, and capable of working independently. Strong communication skills and the ability to establish relationships with various partners and team members within the organization are essential. You should have at least one year of working experience in accounting, a good knowledge of Kazakh accounting and tax standards, and proficiency in IFRS. Experience with SAP and proficiency in English, both written and spoken, are also required. Outstanding interpersonal skills will be key to your success in this role.
