A Snapshot of Your Day

This intern will Support the Siemens Energy Grid Technology Service Sales & Tendering team with day-to-day proposal and tender activities.

How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Assist in preparing, formatting and compiling customer quotations, proposals and tender submissions.
  • Manage administrative tasks including SharePoint Online (SPOL) and other business system clean-ups, opportunity tracking and maintaining sales records.
  • Liaise with Siemens Energy factories, internal stakeholders and customers to obtain technical and commercial information.
  • Support spare parts enquiries by coordinating pricing, lead times and quotation information.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, action registers and presentations as required.
  • Follow up on actions to ensure customer and internal deliverables are completed on time.
  • Assist with customer engagement activities and gain exposure to Siemens Energy's service sales processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve team processes and administrative efficiency.
  • Provide general support to the Service Sales & Tendering Manager across a range of commercial and operational activities.
What You Bring

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering or management
  • Willingness to learn
  • Energy and willing to handle hands on assignments
  • Ability to complete 6 month internship period or longer.
