    How You’ll Make an Impact 

    As a valuable member of our team, you will support the Salesforce/CRM Tools Product Owners and development team with a variety of tasks, including:

    • Maintaining and updating backlog content, including features and user stories
    • Assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and enhancements, including conducting regression testing in sandbox environments
    • Crafting and updating documentation, such as visual materials like charts and videos, release notes, collaborator communications, and dashboards
    • Collecting and evaluating user feedback on problems and feature requests—this might be done through cross-functional meetings or related research tools
    • Analyzing business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose automation flow opportunities, as well as data quality improvements
    • Exploring Salesforce Trailhead modules and platform features for research purposes (e.g., AI capabilities)
    What You Bring
    • Enrollment in a relevant academic program while maintaining student status and availability for at least 1.5 years
    • Proficiency in MS Office tools
    • Experience or understanding of software development-specific processes; familiarity with business/system process mapping is advantageous
    • Understanding and experience with Agile methodology, including SCRUM and SAFe; prior experience or knowledge of Salesforce is a big plus
    • Strong command of English; German language skills are a plus
    • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities; high level of commitment, flexibility, and analytical thinking

    Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
