How You’ll Make an Impact
As a valuable member of our team, you will support the Salesforce/CRM Tools Product Owners and development team with a variety of tasks, including:
- Maintaining and updating backlog content, including features and user stories
- Assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and enhancements, including conducting regression testing in sandbox environments
- Crafting and updating documentation, such as visual materials like charts and videos, release notes, collaborator communications, and dashboards
- Collecting and evaluating user feedback on problems and feature requests—this might be done through cross-functional meetings or related research tools
- Analyzing business processes to identify inefficiencies and propose automation flow opportunities, as well as data quality improvements
- Exploring Salesforce Trailhead modules and platform features for research purposes (e.g., AI capabilities)
- Enrollment in a relevant academic program while maintaining student status and availability for at least 1.5 years
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Experience or understanding of software development-specific processes; familiarity with business/system process mapping is advantageous
- Understanding and experience with Agile methodology, including SCRUM and SAFe; prior experience or knowledge of Salesforce is a big plus
- Strong command of English; German language skills are a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities; high level of commitment, flexibility, and analytical thinking
