- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic HR initiatives and leadership meetings
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefings for internal stakeholders and senior leadership
- Assist in aligning and coordinating across different HR functions and stakeholders
- Take ownership of operational and conceptual tasks in a fast-paced, high-impact environment
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Sciences, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and enjoy working with complex information in a structured and solution-oriented way
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently with a high sense of responsibility
- Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; ideally, experience with digital tools, data visualization, or storytelling
- Clear and professional communication in English and German
- Reliable, discreet, and confident in navigating a dynamic stakeholder environment
