How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Creation and preparation of reports to support business decision-making
  • Analysis and monitoring of monthly R&D project costs to ensure financial efficiency
  • Identification and optimization of reporting processes, including implementation of improvements
  • Preparation of documentation and support in setting up internal and external collaboration agreements
  • Coordination with Accounting for internal charges, reconciliations, and financial matters
  • Financial support for project managers as well as handling of ad-hoc commercial and financial tasks
What You Bring
  • Current enrollment in a relevant field of study Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or similar
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, as well as initial experience in process automation (e.g., Alteryx, KNIME)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills combined with strong team orientation
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong interest in finance, reporting, and project management, as well as very good English skills (German as an advantage)
