How You’ll Make an Impact
- Creation and preparation of reports to support business decision-making
- Analysis and monitoring of monthly R&D project costs to ensure financial efficiency
- Identification and optimization of reporting processes, including implementation of improvements
- Preparation of documentation and support in setting up internal and external collaboration agreements
- Coordination with Accounting for internal charges, reconciliations, and financial matters
- Financial support for project managers as well as handling of ad-hoc commercial and financial tasks
What You Bring
- Current enrollment in a relevant field of study Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or similar
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, as well as initial experience in process automation (e.g., Alteryx, KNIME)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills combined with strong team orientation
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong interest in finance, reporting, and project management, as well as very good English skills (German as an advantage)
