Given the focus on hands-on technical work and diagnostics, the ideal candidate will be an experienced para-professional with a vocational or technical degree, or equivalent experience. They must possess strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, experience with preventive maintenance, and a commitment to safe work practices.
