  • Analyze customer specifications, tender documents, and contractual requirements, ensuring a compliant and optimized offer while acting as the key interface towards the customers during the tender phase including clarifications, negotiations, and technical discussions
  • Drive internal decision-making processes, including bid/no-bid decisions, risk reviews, and management approvals
  • Ensure lessons learned and continuous improvement of tendering processes, tools, and methodologies
What You Bring
  • Master’s degree in engineering, business engineering, or a related discipline, or an equivalent qualification combined with several years of relevant experience
  • Proven track record in managing complex tenders and bids for large-scale turnkey projects, ideally in the high-voltage or energy infrastructure sector
  • Strong understanding of technical solutions for substations (AIS/GIS), combined with solid commercial and contractual expertise
  • Experience with contract frameworks and risk management in large projects
  • Leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse teams under tight timelines combined with strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, combined with a solution-oriented mindset
