Imagine leading a dynamic team in a global environment, where your strategic vision and innovative mindset drive continuous improvement in support services. You’ll manage and mentor team members, fostering collaboration and inspiring them to excel. Your day involves developing support solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and implementing strategic initiatives to optimize operations. With a focus on process improvement, you’ll analyze complex problems and maintain a proactive approach to challenges, ensuring seamless communication between leadership and internal teams.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will manage and mentor team members, providing continuous feedback and fostering collaboration.
- Develop support solutions that address customer needs and enhance service delivery.
- Implement strategic initiatives to optimize support operations and improve efficiency.
- Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving, adapting to changing priorities.
- Act as a liaison between leadership and internal teams, contributing to leadership development.
What You Bring
- Over 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within operations support or customer service.
- Solid understanding of ticketing systems, AI tools, and digitalization processes.
- Proven ability to analyze complex problems with a strategic perspective.
- Dynamic character with a vision for continuous innovation in support services.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- 30% travel required.
