關於職位
- Support of supplier qualification activities through capability assessments, quality system audits, and evaluation of manufacturing processes
- Leadership of product and process qualification projects, including planning, milestone tracking, reporting, budget coordination, and resource management
- Oversight of supplier quality assurance activities and approval of manufacturing processes through review of Manufacturing Quality Control Plans
- Collaboration with strategic sourcing teams on commodity strategies, supplier development initiatives, and procurement project planning
- Representation of Supplier Quality in cross-functional product development and design review activities
- Management of supplier quality tools and databases while ensuring data accuracy, transparency, and quality performance across suppliers of valves and actuators
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Longstanding professional experience in supplier quality management, quality management, or engineering related to valve and actuator systems
- Proven expertise in supplier evaluation, supplier qualification, product and process qualification, and technical supplier development within a global supply environment
- Extensive technical knowledge of valve and actuator design, operation, applicable codes, and industry standards
- Strong auditing experience with quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems; ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification preferred
- Willingness to travel internationally and domestically up to 35% and ability to obtain and maintain a valid passport for global supplier engagements
