How to contribute to our vision

This role is a headcount addition for a Stator Final Assembler on the Second Shift team within the CoC Stator manufacturing unit. The position is required to support the final assembly operations for large generators, ensuring production capacity meets business demands. To meet this objective, the role focuses on three core areas: hands-on mechanical assembly of large generator components, proficient operation of industrial tools and material handling equipment, and strict adherence to safety and quality documentation protocols. This structure ensures all aspects of the assembly process are covered, from component fitting to final safety checks. Given the focus on industrial assembly, the ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, coupled with several years of industrial-mechanical experience. Key requirements include proficiency with shop tools, the ability to use precision measuring equipment, and the physical capacity to handle materials and obtain necessary equipment licenses.
