• You support the implementation of identified requirements and the application of relevant processes in ongoing development projects.
• You review and update requirements, for example based on IEC 62443, the Cyber Resilience Act, and comparable national and international regulations.
• You drive the introduction of a “secure development process” in accordance with IEC 62443-4-1.
• You contribute to the continuous improvement of existing processes and support colleagues in their application, for example through training or coaching.

• Successfully completed studies in computer science, electrical engineering, or a comparable field.
• Several years of professional experience in the secure development of embedded (OT) systems.
• In-depth knowledge of security standards, e.g. IEC 62443, and an understanding of the software development process (GitLab, CI/CD, DevOps, etc.), especially with regard to security in the critical infrastructure environment.
• Strong moderation skills, including in large groups, e.g. moderating discussions on process changes with many interfaces.
• Business-fluent German and English skills.
• Enjoying interaction with colleagues, continuously raising awareness of process-related topics, and sharing knowledge.
