A Snapshot of Your Day
Imagine starting your day by diving into project pipeline data, aligning priorities with real-time resource capacity, and ensuring every project is set up for success. You create and update dynamic reports and dashboards, giving teams and leaders clear, actionable insights into project progress and resource utilization.
You make sure new projects are fully equipped with all materials, information, and approvals before they move forward, working closely with project leads and department managers to refine routines and drive consistency. As part of your role, you perform scenario planning — analysing potential outcomes, risks, and opportunities under different conditions — and present a clear basis for informed decisions that help steer projects in the right direction.
Throughout the day, you analyze trends, spot bottlenecks, and adjust plans to keep workloads balanced and delivery on track. Your proactive approach ensures our teams are always ready to deliver efficiently and sustainably, with decision-makers empowered by timely, data-driven insights.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Monitor and manage the project pipeline to forecast both short-term and long-term resource needs.
- Develop, update, and maintain reports and dashboards that drive transparency and informed decisions.
- Ensure new projects are fully kitted with resources, materials, and approvals before entering the work-in-progress stage.
- Balance workloads across teams, proactively addressing capacity gaps or surpluses.
- Collaborate with leadership to prioritize projects and allocate resources for maximum impact.
- Define and improve ways of working, establishing consistent routines across the organization.
- Facilitate regular reviews of pipeline status and recommend adjustments as needed.
- Provide performance insights to improve planning efficiency and reduce delivery risks.
What You Bring
- Experience in resource planning, project coordination, or pipeline management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges.
- Proficiency in resource management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, SAP, or similar platforms.
- A track record of designing and maintaining reports and dashboards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Office365, powerBI, Excel

You’ll join a collaborative and driven team dedicated to optimizing project delivery and resource utilization across the organization. The team partners closely with project leads, department managers, and leadership to ensure every project is set up for success and resources are used efficiently. By fostering open communication and continuous improvement, the team creates a supportive environment where innovative solutions are encouraged and everyone’s input is valued. Together, you’ll help shape the routines and processes that keep our operations running smoothly and sustainably.
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
