A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Technical Regulation and Standardization Project Manager at Siemens Energy, you will lead projects triggered by new or updated legislation and standards relevant to medium gas turbines. Your primary responsibility is to ensure these requirements are integrated into our processes effectively and on time. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of our products and contributing to Siemens Energy’s mission of delivering reliable and sustainable energy worldwide.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Balance project scope, time, cost, and quality to consistently achieve or exceed defined project objectives.
  • Develop detailed project plans, clearly defining timelines, deliverables, and team responsibilities to maximize efficiency.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks, addressing challenges to maintain project momentum and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, leveraging diverse perspectives to drive creativity and resource optimization.
  • Communicate progress transparently and regularly, ensuring alignment and engagement with all relevant stakeholders, including cross-functional and international partners.

What You Bring

  • Demonstrated experience in handling implementation of development projects.
  • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successfully managing diverse, multicultural teams.
  • Understanding of legal regulations and standards relevant to medium gas turbines.
  • Proficiency in English and Swedish is an advantage, but not a requirement.
  • Degree in Engineering (MSc or BSc), preferably with a specialization in mechanical engineering.
  • Recognized project management certification (such as PMP, IPMA, or PM@Siemens) is highly valued.
  • Advanced proficiency in Office 365 and project management tools (e.g., MSP, Planview, Primavera).
