A Snapshot of Your Day

Imagine stepping into the role of PLM Site Lead, where you champion Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes and IT solutions that shape how our products and data evolve from concept to retirement. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, optimize workflows, and implement innovative solutions that drive efficiency and elevate product quality. Each day, you’ll lead local PLM initiatives, support strategic decisions, and ensure your site’s voice is heard in global programs. How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Initiate and drive local measures to improve end-to-end process efficiency and close PLM business capability gaps.
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for PLM system development.
  • Organize and support Key User communities and facilitate stakeholder meetings.
  • Represent site interests in global PLM programs and enable local activities for system releases and major PLM projects.
  • Oversee local PLM projects, consult on process and tool improvements, and prioritize local PLM improvement activities.

What You Bring

  • Leadership experience from system development projects and strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep understanding of business PLM processes, data, and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
  • Proven experience with Organizational Change Management and engineering tool implementation in a large industrial context.
  • Excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a holistic end-to-end perspective.
  • Proficiency in Swedish and English, and an engineering or equivalent degree.

The team thrives on tackling challenging technical issues, supporting both internal and external partners, and driving improvements that shape the future of our products, product structures and associated tools. Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
