A Snapshot of Your Day 


In this role, you act as a central interface between the GOM P&R organization and the Global Planning team for Steam Turbines and Generators. The clear focus is on coordination, alignment, prioritization, and expediting of complex material and inventory topics. The objective is to create transparency, accelerate decision‑making, and ensure smooth execution between planning, plant operations, and the P&R organization.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Central interface between Parts/Repair and Global Planning (Steam Turbines & Generators)
  • Coordination and alignment of material priorities, slot allocation, and delivery commitments
  • Organization and moderation of alignment and escalation meetings
  • Active expediting of critical materials, WIP inventory, and delivery positions
  • Translation of planning decisions into executable measures and preparation of management-ready status, risk, and action reports
  • Support of cross-functional topics, ensuring transparency, data consistency, and process development at the planning–execution interface
What You Bring
  • Completed university degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field of study
  • Professional experience in Parts, Supply Chain, Planning, or operational coordination
  • Strong technical and analytical capability in structured problem-solving and synthesis of complex topics
  • Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, high level of ownership, and assertiveness
  • Very good proficiency in English and German

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and 
decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, 
steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, 
modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
