- Governance for Non-Conformance Cost (NCC) reporting for the STG business. This includes the NCC process, monthly reporting and visualization. Support the extended STG organization for all service lines and functions with information on next steps to help them meet the “not to exceed” targets.
- Governance for the CAPA (Corrective Action and Preventative Action) process. This includes the process, tools and training to ensure CAPA are being executed efficiently and effectively. KPI’s are then tracked by the EQS PE team for progress and reporting.
- Facilitate monthly Quality Ambassador meetings to involve the cross-functional organization with CAPA quality and lessons learned throughout the business
- Manage a diverse team of nine quality professionals who support Non-Conformance Management across five countries
- Oversee the document management system (BIC Cloud/SEPH) and ensure compliance with the SE requirements
- Support the SAP S4Energy transition as Capability Lead for STG EQS. This responsibility requires working knowledge of the business processes and learning how the new SAP system will work.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in quality management or similar field
- Multiple years of experience in Quality Management or relevant field with proven capabilities for root cause analysis methods, basic statistical analysis tools and interpretation of results
- Knowledge of the ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 Integrated Management System preferred
- Working knowledge of SAP and MS Office Suite; AI Copilot a plus
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; fluency in English
- Willingness to travel (up to 50%) and ability to flex work time to accommodate different time zones as required
