A Snapshot of Your Day
The Power Transformers Factory Head in Brazil is the ultimate business leader responsible for the full scope of factory operations, financial performance, and strategic growth. This executive role demands vision, decisiveness, and the ability to drive transformation, innovation, and sustainable results in a highly competitive environment.
How You’ll Make an Impact
• Strategic Leadership:
o Set and execute the factory’s strategic direction, ensuring alignment with TAM cluster and GT business objectives and market demands. Lead the organization to deliver outstanding profitability, growth, and innovation.
• Business Performance:
o Hold full P&L responsibility, driving operational excellence across manufacturing, engineering, logistics, quality, and project management. Ensure delivery of customer requirements to the highest standards of time, cost, and quality.
• Market Impact:
o Build and maintain senior-level customer relationships, identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, and position the factory as a benchmark for value creation and competitive advantage.
• Strategic Financial Management:
o Oversee revenue, profit, cash flow, CAPEX, and OPEX, ensuring robust financial health and sustainable growth.
• Organizational Excellence:
o Develop and empower a high-performing, diverse team. Foster a culture of transformation, business excellence, continuous improvement, and talent retention.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
o Represent the factory to internal and external stakeholders, promoting its reputation and influence within the organization and the market.
• This role will also focus on developing and supporting strategic and growth plans aligned to cluster objectives.
What You Bring
• Proven track record in executive leadership of industrial operations, with direct P&L accountability.
• Advanced degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Deep expertise in power transformer technologies, market dynamics, and business models.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English and Portuguese/Spanish;
• Entrepreneurial, innovative, results-driven and growth mindset.
