A Snapshot of Your Day 

As a Senior Expert in Nuclear Norms, Standards, and Regulatory Framework, you will drive compliance and integration of nuclear requirements into Siemens Energy’s scope for global Nuclear New Build projects. Your focus will be on Conventional/Turbine Island for SMRs and LSRs in 50Hz and 60Hz environments. Working within a cross-functional team—spanning Business Development, Sales, R&D, Engineering, Procurement, and Quality—you will ensure regulatory adherence and support strategic growth in Europe and North America.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Assess and implement nuclear standards and regulations for Siemens Energy’s scope (safety classes, documentation, quality control, material traceability).
  • Ensure bid and execution readiness for nuclear new build projects.
  • Advise on permitting processes and requirements.
  • Align internal processes and quality systems with nuclear compliance needs.
  • Manage interfaces with regulatory bodies and local authorities.
  • Technical scope: Conventional Island equipment; regional focus: Europe and North America.
What You Bring
  • Degree in Engineering, Nuclear Sciences, Quality Management, or related field.
  • Extensive nuclear industry experience in engineering, project/bid management, or quality.
  • Deep knowledge of nuclear norms and regulatory frameworks in Europe and North America.
  • Ability to guide complex teams and translate requirements into actionable steps.
  • Proven experience in multinational, cross-functional environments.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
About the Team

Degree in Engineering, Nuclear Sciences, Quality Management, or related field.
Extensive nuclear industry experience in engineering, project/bid management, or quality.
Deep knowledge of nuclear norms and regulatory frameworks in Europe and North America.
Ability to guide complex teams and translate requirements into actionable steps.
Proven experience in multinational, cross-functional environments.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
