- Assess and implement nuclear standards and regulations for Siemens Energy’s scope (safety classes, documentation, quality control, material traceability).
- Ensure bid and execution readiness for nuclear new build projects.
- Advise on permitting processes and requirements.
- Align internal processes and quality systems with nuclear compliance needs.
- Manage interfaces with regulatory bodies and local authorities.
- Technical scope: Conventional Island equipment; regional focus: Europe and North America.
- Degree in Engineering, Nuclear Sciences, Quality Management, or related field.
- Extensive nuclear industry experience in engineering, project/bid management, or quality.
- Deep knowledge of nuclear norms and regulatory frameworks in Europe and North America.
- Ability to guide complex teams and translate requirements into actionable steps.
- Proven experience in multinational, cross-functional environments.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
