- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Sales, Logistics, Purchasing, Manufacturing) to ensure timely availability of parts and smooth project execution.
- Act as the primary customer interface, maintaining strong relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and delivering clear communication throughout service activities.
- Produce technical documentation and reports, while mentoring junior team members and applying key skills such as problem-solving, customer focus, process improvement.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; a postgraduate degree in Project Management or PMI certification is a strong advantage.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (mandatory); knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
- Advanced English required (frequent interaction with U.S.-based stakeholders).
- Strong commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), acting as an advocate for safety within the factory and promoting environmental best practices, especially in field activities involving oil handling.
- Availability to travel approximately 30–40% of the time (domestic and international), with an average trip duration of around 5 days.
About the Team
The After Sales team plays a critical role in customer relationship management, acting as the primary point of contact during high-impact and often time-sensitive situations. In this context, the team must respond with agility, accuracy, and a strong sense of ownership, ensuring effective technical support while also protecting Siemens Energy’s contractual and commercial interests throughout each stage of the supply lifecycle.
As the project portfolio increasingly shifts toward international markets—particularly the United States—there is a strong focus on engaging professionals who are motivated to actively contribute to this transformation. This includes influencing cross-functional teams, driving alignment, and prioritizing initiatives that deliver tangible value to customers.
Key strengths of the position:
