A Snapshot of Your Day
You’ll drive the digital transformation of our manufacturing processes by connecting and suporting the implementation of two major strategic programs—S4E Unify (S4/HANA) and PLM360 (Teamcenter). Your day moves between big‑picture process design and detailed requirement shaping, using your expertise in either S4/HANA or Teamcenter to guide decisions. You collaborate across organizational boundaries: partnering with manufacturing teams in Gas Services Central globally, engaging with different factories and the Manufacturing Process Owner, and aligning closely with IT, external consultants, and solution partners. With an End‑to‑End perspective, you ensure our business processes integrate seamlessly and help define how Gas Services Central will work in the future.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Create transparency and drive integration and alignment across our major digital transformation programs with a focus on manufacturing
- Identify gaps and overlaps between scope and timeline of major initiatives and develop solutions to overcome those
- Identify harmonization and simplification opportunities across different product lines and locations
- Focus on an End-2-End business process perspective while being able to balance the needs of different product lines and factories
- Foster collaboration and drive decisions on difficult and controversial topics towards the biggest benefit for Siemens Energy Communicate and share the targets and especially the implications of the strategic programs in the manufacturing communities advocating and driving the change
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or M.Sc. degree required
- 5+ years of manufacturing, engineering, business or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes is preferable.
- Experience as a project manager in targeted selection and standardized implementation of tools across global locations
- Experience in implementing either S4/HANA or Teamcenter is a plus
- You are able to proactively lead and collaborate effectively to derive common targets
- You can easily analyze data and present it to others as well has a demonstrated ability to communicate to senior management and peers alike
- You have successfully applied your good moderation skills and methodological knowledge in the area of Manufacturing
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to travel as required

The Digital Business Process Transformation Team within our Gas Services Central organization is responsible for digitalization and simplification across our own value chain. We are strong partners for the Product Lines within Gas Services Central and in all aspects of their digital transformation journey.
