A Snapshot of Your Day
Join us as a Commercial Project Manager and take the lead in driving the local commercial and financial execution of long-term nuclear maintenance contracts for generators and steam turbines across Sweden. You’ll partner closely with the Project Manager to ensure that every detail—from cost control and reporting to risk, claim, and cash management—is handled with precision. Your day will be filled with collaboration, working directly with customers and engaging with diverse internal teams, including offshore projects, supply chain management, insurance, tax, legal, and logistics. This is your opportunity to combine analytical expertise with hands-on project involvement, contributing to safe, efficient, and sustainable energy solutions in one of the most critical sectors.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Ensure accurate books and records, supporting monthly closing and recording in systems like SAP and Project Dash—always in compliance with Siemens-FRG and local IFRS.
- Drive project reporting and controlling activities to keep financials on track and transparent.
- Partner with the Project Manager to optimize gross profit, cash flow, and financing instruments for set targets.
- Manage risk and claim processes while preparing commercial offers for customers.
- Consolidate budgets, monitor actual performance against plans, and prepare forecasts and KPI reports for management.
What You Bring
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of proven experience in financial project management.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and Swedish accounting regulations.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience using ERP systems (ideally SAP).
- Perfect command of Swedish and proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Exceptional analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

You’ll be part of a new, collaborative, and internationally connected project team dedicated to delivering high-quality nuclear maintenance services. Working closely with technical experts and commercial professionals, you’ll help ensure every project meets customer expectations and complies with the highest safety and quality standards
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
