A Snapshot of your day
Your day involves providing responsive support to customers by handling incoming calls and emails related to plant control systems and power plant operations, ensuring issues are addressed efficiently and professionally. Leveraging your technical knowledge and communication skills to troubleshoot concerns, deliver solutions, and maintain a high standard of customer service and operational support.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Provide timely and professional support to customers by managing inquiries related to plant control and operating systems via phone and email.
- Accurately document customer interactions, service requests, troubleshooting activities, and resolutions within established systems.
- Work closely with technical and engineering teams to escalate, track, and resolve complex customer issues effectively.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure solutions have been implemented successfully and that customer satisfaction is achieved.
- Maintain a strong understanding of company products, services, and technical solutions to deliver accurate guidance and support.
What You Bring
- Diploma, Higher Diploma, bachelor’s degree, or relevant technical certification, preferably in an engineering or technical discipline.
- Previous experience in a customer support role, ideally within the power generation, industrial, or technical services sector.
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and verbal), with the ability to effectively support customers and stakeholders.
- Proficient in using support ticketing systems and capable of quickly learning new software, tools, and processes; experience with Salesforce is an advantage.
- Highly organized, able to multitask, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
About the Team
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
