How You’ll Make an Impact
- Designing and implementing automation and electrical solutions for steam turbine control systems
- Developing control logic, hardware interfaces, and intuitive HMIs tailored to customer needs
- Creating electrical panel designs, control architectures, and wiring diagrams
- Working hands-on with PLCs and automation hardware
- Collaborating with internal and external engineering teams to align on project goals
- Troubleshooting complex systems, contributing to continuous improvement, and testing
What You Bring
- Degree or master’s in Electrical, Computer, or Automation Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in automation, control systems, and PLC programming; instrumentation knowledge is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and Ladder Logic; familiar with Siemens platforms (SPPA T3000, SIMATIC, PCS7, S7, Step7 with CFC, WinCC, TIA Portal).
- Strong Excel skills for documentation and data handling, with knowledge of electrical standards.
- Experience with tools like COMOS, EPLAN, or AutoCAD is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is a bonus) and a proactive, team-oriented attitude; willingness to travel occasionally and commitment to long-term growth.

Our Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector. Increasing electrification and efficiency are key and demand for green H2 and derivative fuels will rise. We enable decarbonization of the industrial sector and the transition to sustainable processes, building on a strong industrial customer base, a global network, diverse technologies, and integrated execution capabilities.
