A Snapshot of Your Day
Your day starts with a meeting to address implementation issues or coordinate project priorities. You manage multiple tasks, communicate status updates to management, and prepare project reports. Responsibilities include maintaining SharePoint, posting on Viva Engage, researching logistics, and resolving technical issues. You analyze data to explain solutions to users and motivate teams for new rollouts. Throughout the day, you oversee rollout plans, ensure support measures, control budgets, and interact with various stakeholders. Whether you manage all or part of these duties, you remain calm and organized, driving projects forward efficiently.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Rollout Management: Lead global rollout projects for transportation management solutions, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and acting as the rollout expert across regions.
Stakeholder & Product Collaboration: Work closely with product managers to understand roadmaps, gather user feedback, and advocate for solution enhancements.
Process & Solution Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize transportation processes, translate business requirements, and define actionable plans for implementation.
Community & Training Enablement: Support the global user community by driving knowledge sharing, best-practice exchange, and training initiatives.
Operational Coordination & Testing: Coordinate data, action items, deadlines, dashboards, documentation, and key-user support; engage and train users to validate CRs and consolidate test results.
Cross-Functional Prioritization: Filter and prioritize business requirements for future CR development, validate LSP lists, ensure approvals, and align with business priorities and external partners.
What You Bring
Advanced Education: Bachelor’s or technical degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, providing a solid foundation for Transportation and Warehouse Management.
Transportation & SAP Expertise: Strong end‑to‑end transportation management experience plus hands‑on SAP TM proficiency; familiarity with SAP EWM, MM, and SD is a plus.
Strategic & Analytical Skills: Proven ability to solve complex functional and technical issues with a highly analytical and creative approach.
Digital & Change Leadership: Experience driving digital transformation, automation, analytics adoption, and leading organizational change with stakeholder alignment.
Communication & Global Collaboration: Exceptional communication skills and success working with cross‑functional, international teams; multilingual capabilities (English, Spanish, Portuguese).
Project & Results Orientation: Strong organizational skills, certified project management background preferred (PMP, PRINCE2, Prosci), resilient under pressure, and focused on delivering measurable outcomes.
