- Creation of travel expenses reports for Real Estate management team.
- Placing orders in our purchasing tool (ARIBA Guided Buying).
- Assisting in other administrative tasks such as room bookings, onboarding activities etc.
- Preparing overviews, evaluations, and lists.
- Ideally, living in Munich and coming to our offices once a week, however, up to 100% home-office would be possible.
- Availability as a working student for at least 2 years
- Ideally, having completed a commercial vocational training such as in business administration (e.g. Kauffrau/mann für Büromanagement), but this is not mandatory
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and at least basic Microsoft Excel skills
- Communication in English with our international colleagues, it would be an advantage if you knew at least some German
- Working independently, reliably and meticulously
- Ability to set priorities and always keep a cool head even in challenging situations
