Join our company as Sales manager responsible for Polish market for our industrial steam turbine projects, where you will be significantly contributing to development of our business.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Development, management, and increasing market share for industrial steam turbine projects.
• Act as a business-technical expert who builds long-term relationships with customers.
• Coordinate communication with colleagues from other departments for successful project delivery.
• Maintain and develop customer relationships, presenting our offers while leading negotiations.
• Support growth initiatives for industrial steam turbines and provide insights into the internal market.
• Ensure the quality of our proposals and maintain data in Sales Force tool.
• Develop sales strategies.
• Engage with local business partners and gather market feedback.

What You Bring

• You have a bachelor’s degree (or higher)  in a technical field.
• Fluent in English. Polish is a significant advantage, as you will be based in Brno office, Czech or Slovak would be advantage as well.
• At least 5 years of experience in the energy sector or related fields where steam turbines are used (district heating, waste incineration, paper industry, refineries, oil&gas, etc.), including sales and project management.
• Advantage: experience in team leadership and regional coordination.
• Goal-oriented, with the ability to work in a multicultural team.

About the Team

You will be part of local sales team responsible for new steam turbines projects. Currently, the team consists of 8 members, but you will be cooperating with colleagues not only from other departments, but also from our location. Since you will be primarily responsible for Polish market, you will be cooperating also with colleagues in Poland.
