- Take the lead in organizing and facilitating Program Increment Planning sessions, ensuring alignment among all teams and partners on critical goals and deliverables that drive organizational success.
- Supervise and guide ART activities to foster collaborative efforts towards shared objectives, proactively removing obstacles while providing expert coaching on agile practices and principles to enhance team performance.
- Strategically identify, track, and mitigate risks and dependencies across teams, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality features and capabilities that meet stakeholder expectations.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement by expertly facilitating engaging retrospectives and implementing effective feedback mechanisms that drive innovation and operational excellence.
- Deliver comprehensive and regular updates on ART progress, including key metrics and performance indicators, to stakeholders and leadership, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making.
- Champion SAFe principles and agile methodologies, ensuring strict adherence to best practices and driving the continuous evolution of the ART to maximize value and impact within the organization.
- Hold an educational background in the IT field, complemented by relevant professional experience, or possess a university degree. This position prioritizes skills and personal attributes over formal academic qualifications.
- Demonstrate proven experience as a Release (Train) Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of SAFe principles and practices.
- Possess relevant certifications, such as SAFe Release Train Engineer, which are highly desirable.
- Exhibit excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across diverse teams.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to track Agile metrics and leverage data for driving improvements.
- Maintain proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and show willingness to travel and work in an international environment.
