A Snapshot of Your Day
Join our team as a Generator Supervisor and lead the charge in maintaining and optimizing our generator systems. Imagine overseeing both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities, ensuring that every task is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll be the linchpin in coordinating efforts across various departments, guiding and training personnel, and solving technical issues creatively. Your day will be dynamic, filled with chances to create a significant impact on our operations and contribute to our mission of eco-friendly energy.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Ensure safety compliance by following site-specific EHS regulations, using required PPE, and conducting risk assessments.
- Lead daily shift activities, ensuring clear handovers and effective communication of job requirements.
- Coordinate with adjacent equipment activities and manage material and parts handling, logistics, and subcontractor activities on site.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of check sheets, test procedures, and field reports.
- Collaborate with project engineers, managers, and HSE professionals to support outage preparation and post-outage tasks.
What You Bring
- Vocational School Graduate or University degree.
- Proficiency in English and Turkish, with completed military service.
- Background in mechanical maintenance and power generation, particularly with Siemens Energy Generators.
- Ability to read and work with technical drawings and specifications, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Willingness to travel extensively to new work locations.
