Join our dynamic team where you will play an essential role in crafting our customer relationships! Imagine collaborating closely with marketing, sales, and technical teams to develop compelling proposals and contracts that align with our business objectives. You will engage in negotiations with external customers, ensuring that our contracts reflect our dedication to excellence. As you navigate contract amendments and renegotiations, you’ll ensure that all parties fulfill their contractual obligations, contributing to our overall success and customer happiness.
How You’ll Make an Impact
  • Develop and arrange pre-sales contract strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring strong customer relationships and compliance with obligations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to build effective proposals, bid documents, and manage contract amendments for scope changes.
  • Lead projects to successful execution within defined parameters such as budget, timeline, and functionality.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and business success through professional customer management and timely issue resolution.
  • Coordinate technical specialists and engineering teams to prepare customer-specific bids and solutions.
  • Manage technical risks and act as the interface for project management standards, particularly regarding risks and opportunities.
What You Bring
  • Proven experience in bid or tendering department in an energy company or in a technological business.
  • Academic background in engineering
  • Strong understanding of contract strategies and proposal development. Excellent transaction skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • A proactive approach to leading contract modification and ensuring compliance.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English is required.
