A Snapshot of Your Day
You act as the product owner and go to interface for Single Shaft Compressors in CP Service. You steer competitive offering development and commercialization, resolve product challenges from bid to delivery, and ensure regional market fit with clear lead time and cost targets. You collaborate closely with R&D engineering, Product Strategy, Operations/Procurement, Sales, Field Service, Repairs, and Operations to grow the service business and the organizations know how.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Act as the primary contact for all service-related product topics and develop competitive offerings with clear Unique Selling Propositions (USPs).
- Define lead time and cost targets to meet regional market requirements and support go-to-market strategies.
- Create and commercialize new service solutions while addressing product-related challenges throughout the lifecycle.
- Drive service Order entry growth in alignment with regional business goals and facilitate training to enhance regional know-how.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, road shows, and sales materials related to service offerings.
- Develop and maintain technical bulletins and training content for both internal and external stakeholders.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in service product management or aftermarket leadership, ideally in a technical or industrial setting.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle, service commercialization, and customer value creation. Those with more experience may be considered for a higher level.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and regional teams.
- Knowledge of single shaft compressors.

The base salary range for this position if based in New York is $123,100–$195,600 and the annual incentive target is 10% of base salary.
Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, certifications, and other business needs. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual’s qualifications.
