Lead the qualification of new parts and processes, ensuring all required instructions, control plans, inspections, and quality records are established and approved prior to production release.
  • Lead root cause investigations using structured problem-solving methodologies and drive the implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to eliminate recurrence. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve quality issues in a timely manner while contributing and delivering solutions in a self-managed and target-oriented manner.
  • Coordinate a team that analyzes, tests, and implements processes. Work closely with Manufacturing Engineers and Quality Inspectors to support quality and operational objectives.
  • Perform process audits, document findings, and ensure timely follow-up on generated action items.
  • Support the development and implementation of digital systems for monitoring quality performance and driving data-based decision-making.
