Do you want to shape how thousands of colleagues experience the transformation toward the global S4E - Unify template? In this role, you will take ownership of designing and orchestrating best - in - class learning experiences that enable employees worldwide to adapt to new processes, systems, and ways of working. As part of the Siemens Energy Digital Academy Team, you will collaborate closely with global Training Creators, business areas, and transformation teams. You will lead the development of strategic training concepts, manage complex learning workflows, and ensure that learning delivery meets high quality standards.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead end - to - end design, development, and orchestration of learning experiences for the S4E (SAP S/4HANA) Unify rollout
- Partner with global Training Creators and stakeholders to plan, harmonize, and deliver training for different user groups across Siemens Energy
- Define and execute the learning strategy, aligned with rollout planning, fit - gap analysis, and change management measures
- Translate complex S4E process requirements into clear, engaging, and effective digital learning formats
- Manage module lifecycle and end- to- end orchestration (schedule, comms, tracking, reporting), including Workers’ Council submissions and additional compliance demands
- University degree (e.g., in education, instructional design, learning technologies, business, psychology, or similar) or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience in digital learning design, instructional design, training development, or learning program management
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand and translate complex system/process requirements into intuitive learning experiences
- Experience in working with LMS (Learninig Management System), digital learning tools, and enterprise - wide training processes
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across regions
- Strong communication skills in German and English. Structured, intellectually sharp, and solution - oriented approach to work
- Ability to work independently while navigating international, cross - functional environments. A passion for learning, digital transformation, and enabling people at scale
