How You’ll Make an Impact

• You will lead and manage multiple HR transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Identify and manage interdependencies between projects, fostering seamless collaboration across HR departments.
• Monitor project timelines and critical paths, proactively addressing potential roadblocks to meet key milestones.
• Assess and manage risks associated with project implementation, developing effective mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of how various HR initiatives impact one another, ensuring alignment with the overall operational transformation program.

What You Bring

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• With over 10 years of proven experience in HR transformation, project management, or a similar role, you have a strong focus on HR operations, systems, and payroll.
• You possess exceptional project management skills, with a successful track record of managing complex projects and interdependencies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with keen attention to detail, are your strengths.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
