Join Siemens Energy as a Senior HR Systems Project Manager and take the lead in driving our HR operations transformation initiatives! You will actively participate in deploying HR systems and services, ensuring that all initiatives are seamlessly integrated and strategically aligned. Your hands-on approach, combined with your ability to maintain a holistic view of our HR operations, will be key to your success in this dynamic role.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will lead and manage multiple HR transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Identify and manage interdependencies between projects, fostering seamless collaboration across HR departments.
- Monitor project timelines and critical paths, proactively addressing potential roadblocks to meet key milestones.
- Assess and manage risks associated with project implementation, developing effective mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of how various HR initiatives impact one another, ensuring alignment with the overall operational transformation program.
What You Bring
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- With over 10 years of proven experience in HR transformation, project management, or a similar role, you have a strong focus on HR operations, systems, and payroll.
- You possess exceptional project management skills, with a successful track record of managing complex projects and interdependencies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with keen attention to detail, are your strengths.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
