A Snapshot of Your Day
Imagine being on the front line of Siemens Energy’s Grid Technologies business, where your customer interactions directly shape market growth. You gather market insights, follow up on opportunities, and support customers with the right solutions and technical coordination. Your day includes customer visits, data analysis, and close collaboration with internal teams to drive annual sales targets. Through consistent engagement and relationship building, you help strengthen Siemens Energy’s presence in the regional industrial market.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- You collect and analyze available market data to identify opportunities and support sales planning.
- You contribute to and complete the annual sales BTA in line with business targets.
- You are mainly responsible for sales of Grid Technologies products in the industrial market.
- You arrange and coordinate technical support and service activities to meet customer needs.
- You visit customers regularly and effectively, building and maintaining long‑term relationships with key accounts.
- You are based in Jinan and support local GT business development.
What You Bring
- You have 3–5 years of sales experience, with an educational background in Power Systems, Electrical Engineering, or Automation.
- You are able to write and speak English fluently.
- You have experience and capability in data analysis and sales reporting.
- Experience in transformer sales is preferred.
- You demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain long‑term customer relationships.

The team works closely with technical, service, and project functions to provide integrated solutions. Collaboration, customer focus, and disciplined execution are key to the team’s success. As Sales Office Manager, you play a central role in shaping the local business and developing sales talent.
