A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Sales Client Manager GS SD for Siemens Energy’s Power Generation Services, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and finding opportunities for services, spare parts, and modernization within our installed base. You will collaborate closely with technical and engineering teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Achieve and exceed established sales targets by identifying and closing business opportunities in services, spare parts, and modernization/upgrades.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with existing clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
- Proactively monitor the installed base of power generation and compression equipment to identify additional service and sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
- Prepare and present persuasive commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close deals.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, developments, and Siemens Energy’s products and services.
What You Bring
- Proven sales experience (10+ years) in the energy, oil & gas, or related industries, with a strong track record in client acquisition and retention.
- Solid technical knowledge of power generation equipment and oil & gas infrastructure, enabling effective communication of complex solutions to clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a customer-focused approach and the ability to understand and meet specific client needs.
- Highly results-oriented and self-driven, capable of prioritizing and handling multiple tasks and projects independently and efficiently.
- Willingness to travel up to 70%, and professional proficiency in English to support international interactions and assignments.
- Strong dedication to compliance, ensuring adherence to internal protocols, policies, and the integrated management system (EHS, Quality).
