A Snapshot of Your Day
Fulfill the R&D task and target set by the company, solve the problems happened in the R&D phase manufacturing & delivery process and provide technical support and trouble shooting.
How You’ll Make an Impact
1.Responsible for the R&D implementation together with team member.
2.Products design, realizing the technical regulation in line with the demands of the new material and future technology; Drive new smart technology and build up consistent improvement culture
3.Well cooperate with other departments to rectify and identify problem related to the design promptly,
4.Fully responsible for the design specification standardization and standard working procedure in a costly and highly efficient way; Know-how transfer from afflicted company.
5.Interface with Purchasing and Engineering organizations to support localization and supplier qualification program.
6.Coordinate to implement the localization engineering tasks, including RFQ preparation, technical clarification, design review etc.
What You Bring
- Successfully completed university studies in mechanical engineering or comparable training with many years of professional experience
- Several years of relevant professional experience in design of surge arresters and insulators as well as knowledge of the relevant standards
- Ability to work in a team, result and customer orientation, creativity and an independent way of working- Business fluent English skills
