A Snapshot of Your Day
Join us as the Product Manager for the SGTA20/A35 service portfolio, where you will take charge of the product roadmap for the A20 and A35 service business. Imagine managing the development and maintenance of business cases and product requirements for a large installed fleet, ensuring the protection of existing revenues and profits while shaping the future product strategy. You will collaborate closely with teams across Service Engineering, Core Engineering, Product Management, Business Development, and Sales & Marketing, as well as engage directly with customers. Your role will involve driving ideation by understanding technology, product costs, and market needs, while assessing product competitiveness and developing requirements for new programs. You will also monitor product development delivery, mitigate risks, and represent Siemens Energy at customer events, promoting new product offerings and supporting sales initiatives.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will manage the development and maintenance of business cases and product requirements for the A35 & A20 portfolio, including power turbines.
- You will submit business cases through the yearly R&D budgeting process and own the product development budget for the service portfolio.
- You will drive ideation by identifying market opportunities and developing product-market fit and obsolescence roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
- You will collaborate with engineering to monitor product development delivery against milestones and work with the PMO team to mitigate project delivery risks.
- You will represent Siemens Energy at customer events, promoting new product offerings and supporting sales and marketing training.
What You Bring
- You hold a degree in Engineering or a related business field.
- You have over 10 years of experience with specialist knowledge in technical, product, and commercial areas, particularly with AGT products.
- You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong project management capabilities.
- You have a working knowledge of AGT products, customers, and commercial structures.
- You are a strategic thinker with strong data analysis, road-mapping, networking, and prioritisation skills.

We deliver zero or low-emission power generation, steam turbines, and generators, all in one place.
