A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Regional Sales Manager you will work on interesting and challenging opportunities in a highly motivated team. You will be managing sales activities in the allocated region.
How You’ll Make an Impact
• Lead selling and account management activities within the assigned region, including direct sales to end customers and indirect sales through channel partners.
• Develop new business through face-to-face sales, while driving cross, up, and repeat sales with existing customers.
• Assess customer needs and propose appropriate products, services, and integrated solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Prepare and deliver sales bids, proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Define and execute medium- to long-term sales plans and strategies to protect, grow, and diversify relationships with key and targeted accounts.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support sustainable growth across the regional market.
What You Bring .
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar engineering discipline.
• 8+ years of sales-related experience, with strong knowledge of Siemens Energy products, particularly Turbo machinery.
• Solid understanding of South American industries (e.g., Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana), including Geothermal, ORC, Power Generation, Sugar & Ethanol, Metals & Mining, and Pulp & Paper sectors.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to read and interpret technical documentation, financial reports, and legal documents, and to respond effectively to customer and regulatory inquiries.
• Proven ability to present complex information to senior management, executives, management committees, and key client groups.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus), willingness to travel up to or beyond 40%, and legal authorization to work in Colombia for non-sponsorship roles.

Our Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector. Increasing electrification and efficiency are key and demand for green H2 and derivative fuels will rise. We enable decarbonization of the industrial sector and the transition to sustainable processes, building on a strong industrial customer base, a global network, diverse technologies, and integrated execution capabilities.
