• Definition, ownership and consistent application of the review process across product development and order-specific adaptations of standard components
• Maintenance and continuous improvement of the review checklist including review questions, assignment to review steps and definition of inclusive reviewer groups
• Joint preparation of reviews with project management including finalization of participant lists and timely, transparent invitation of all relevant stakeholders
• Verification of completeness, quality and timely availability of review documentation to enable equal access to information for all reviewers
• Facilitation and moderation of reviews including validation of reviewer presence, focus-driven discussion guidance, structured decision-making and clear documentation of review outcomes
• Monitoring and tracking of agreed measures and follow-up actions including preparation and coordination of subsequent reviews to ensure sustainable implementation and goal achievement

• A completed technical degree in mechanical engineering or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in the field of quality and process management
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Strong teamwork, communication and analytical skills in diverse and cross-functional environments
• High level of ownership, accountability and motivation to take responsibility for assigned topics and outcomes
• Structured and reliable working style with strong focus on meeting deadlines and solution-oriented, calm moderation of critical discussions
• Willingness to travel (> 20 %)
