A Snapshot of Your Day
This role supports service project execution by ensuring smooth coordination of customs clearance, inland transportation, and project-related administrative activities. You will work closely with project managers, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of parts and compliance with Korean regulations. The role plays a key part in enabling on-time and efficient outage and service project execution.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support the execution of customs clearance for customer's parts/consumables based on the Service project contract condition.
- Execution of inland transport for customs cleared parts.
- Customs clearance preparation and delivery for refurbishment parts.
- Order process for direct/indirect business material/service over throughout execution stage including outage.
- Execution administrative tasks related to Korean law before outage starts, e.g., business commencement declaration, etc.
- Cooperation with project managers regarding delivery/customs issue.
- Close coordination with customers to deliver the parts on time.
- Assist project managers in organizing on-going projects e.g., providing administrative support during project execution
- Support visa issuance of overseas TFAs.
- Coordination project administrative tasks aligned with relevant disciplines e.g., commercial, procurement, field service, etc.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistic or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experiences in related field
- Good communication and management skills
- Ability to work on tight time deadlines
- Good written and spoken business communications skills in English ability to communicate well with externa/internal stakeholders
- Excellent planning and self-organizing skills ability to pick up information fast, work independently and solution oriented

Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
