Join our dynamic Service team in Finspång, Sweden, as our next rising star! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career to step into a role with plenty of room to grow and develop. You’ll play a key role in driving order entry for our MGT service business. Imagine collaborating closely with regional entities and customers, supporting the Sales Manager in quoting, negotiating, and closing aftermarket product and service orders. You’ll actively contribute to process improvements and tool development, ensuring our offerings are tailored to each customer’s needs. How You’ll Make an Impact 

  • Support the Sales Manager with quoting, negotiating, forecasting, and closing aftermarket product and service orders. 
  • Collaborate with regional entities to market all MGT Service Lines effectively. 
  • Build and nurture relationships with regional teams to enhance cooperation and drive results. 
  • Manage commercial risks and coordinate the resolution of technical issues for customers. 
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of departmental processes, tools, and products. 

 

What You Bring 

  • Experience in a customer-facing role with a strong sales focus. 
  • Excellent communication skills and a talent for building relationships. 
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and convince others. 
  • A business mindset that drives results and inspires those around you. 
  • Previous experience working in CRM systems; proficiency in SAP, SalesForce.com, and Microsoft Office is a plus. 
  • You speak professional English (required); Swedish is a plus.

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
