A Snapshot of Your Day
· Most of your day will be spent leading and supporting the resolution of non-conformances using root cause analysis methods and tools. You will work with cross-functional teams to solve problems, supervise CAPAs, perform and support internal audits, and inspect production process quality. Additionally, you will collect and analyze relevant data to drive improvements, ensure quality, represent customer interests, and support continuous production.
· You may also support other aspects of the Quality Process Team, including Fast Response, PFMEA/PCP implementation, development of visual aids (reject/acceptance criteria), standardized work, SPC, MSA, and non-conformance management.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes, including detailed documentation and updates to the Integrated Quality System.
- Conduct inspections, tests, and internal audits, updating check sheets and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
- Manage and document deviations, nonconformities, and claims, coordinating corrective and preventive actions, and handling nonconforming products.
- Promote a culture of quality “zero defects” and provide training to personnel on quality-related topics and processes.
- Lead continuous improvement projects, identify risks, analyze the cost of poor quality, and facilitate improvement meetings based on KPIs.
- Prepare and present quality control reports, maintain the Control Plan, facilitate FMEA sessions, and support other tasks as assigned by management.
What You Bring:
- Degree in Aeronautical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in Quality.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in quality tools such as 8D, 5Why, APQP, FMEA, PCP, SPC, MSA, and GD&T.
- Experience as an internal auditor (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001); experience with lean methodologies is a plus.
- English proficiency required.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts as needed.
- Advanced computer skills (MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage).
- Flexible and adaptable to changing environments and schedules.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision.
- Strong time management skills and a positive, can-do attitude, enabling efficient multitasking and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

You will collaborate closely with the Process Quality, Supplier Quality, Quality Systems, Production, and Engineering teams, as well as other support functions within the organization.
