How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Guide quality-assured component and product development projects as a discipline expert in design and additive manufacturing, emphasizing the benefits of novel manufacturing technologies.
  • Enhance the efficiency, robustness, cycling capabilities, and operational flexibility of the industrial steam turbine portfolio through your expertise.
  • Drive global innovation by establishing design standards, guidelines, and roadmaps within your areas of expertise.
  • Hold global technical responsibility by participating in gate decisions, project reviews, and audits.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the business and communities, fostering idea generation and collaboration across disciplines.
  • Mentor in high-profile R&D projects, leading initiatives to address technical issues and working with sales and strategy teams to translate customer needs into new technologies.
What You Bring
  • Possess extensive experience in the design of turbomachines.
  • Demonstrate extensive technological knowledge in design and design for manufacturing, particularly in additive manufacturing, and identify suitable manufacturing processes for turbine components.
  • Collaborate effectively across disciplines and organizations to develop innovative solutions and engage with experts in your community.
  • Serve as the go-to person for technical advice, providing guidance and support to colleagues.
  • Exhibit enthusiasm for detail and successful implementation, acting as a role model for the engineering pool.
  • Drive and implement technology while constantly seeking to exchange insights and trends, fostering a passion for technical solutions among employees.

Our Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector. Increasing electrification and efficiency are key and demand for green H2 and derivative fuels will rise. We enable decarbonization of the industrial sector and the transition to sustainable processes, building on a strong industrial customer base, a global network, diverse technologies, and integrated execution capabilities
