How You’ll Make an Impact
- Establish and operate PMO practices to coordinate all digitalization activities within a formal project setup, including planning, milestones, resource management, and stakeholder communication.

- Expand and manage the digitalization portfolio by identifying opportunities, assessing value and feasibility, prioritizing initiatives, and preparing decision papers for management.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with IT, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Sales/Proposal, and other business units to optimize end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.
- Ensure comprehensive, audit-ready documentation of all digitalization measures and maintain a central repository of artifacts.

- Strong stakeholder management capabilities and the ability to communicate credibly across functions and hierarchies.
- Demonstrated willingness and ability to support leaders and employees on digitalization topics with a proactive and service-oriented approach.
- Solid expertise in lean methods like value stream mapping, PDCA, SIPOC, or Kaizen and their application to complex and cross-functional processes.
- Excellent command of German and English, spoken and written (business fluent).
