You will align stakeholders on scope, milestones, resources, and outcomes while facilitating governance routines and providing transparent reporting on status, risks, and dependencies. Collaborating closely with IT and operational teams, you will prepare processes and data for system transitions, maintain an auditable repository of program artifacts, and act as a trusted advisor to leadership and colleagues on all digitalization topics.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Establish and operate PMO practices to coordinate all digitalization activities within a formal project setup, including planning, milestones, resource management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Advance and consolidate individual initiatives into a coherent digitalization program, defining governance, roadmap, and KPI-based reporting to enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Expand and manage the digitalization portfolio by identifying opportunities, assessing value and feasibility, prioritizing initiatives, and preparing decision papers for management.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with IT, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Sales/Proposal, and other business units to optimize end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.
  • Ensure comprehensive, audit-ready documentation of all digitalization measures and maintain a central repository of artifacts.
What You Bring

  • An academic degree in IT, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field; alternatively, a strong qualification in project/program management.
  • Years of relevant experience in a related field
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities and the ability to communicate credibly across functions and hierarchies.
  • Demonstrated willingness and ability to support leaders and employees on digitalization topics with a proactive and service-oriented approach.
  • Solid expertise in lean methods like value stream mapping, PDCA, SIPOC, or Kaizen and their application to complex and cross-functional processes.
  • Excellent command of German and English, spoken and written (business fluent).
