You will seamlessly blend logistical and administrative support with financial oversight, managing international employee assignments. Your day will involve coordinating with various departments, handling budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for project costs, and ensuring smooth operations for our delegated personnel. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Establish and manage budgetary control systems for international employee assignments, ensuring financial integrity.
• Prepare and analyze financial forecasts and cost trend reports to monitor project expenditures effectively.
• Serve as the primary contact for employees on international assignments, providing essential administrative and logistical support.
• Coordinate with HR, procurement, and project teams to streamline the delegation process.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance delegation operations.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in project cost control, financial analysis, or project coordination, ideally in an international corporate setting.
• Proven ability to work independently on complex financial and administrative tasks.
• Proficiency in financial management and analysis, including SAP applications.
• Strong skills in project coordination and process improvement.
